By default, application updates will be checked, downloaded and installed on a 2 weeks poll interval. You can change the update policy in tab Settings -> Online Updates:

•Enable (Checks for updates but let you choose whether to install them)

•Disable

Note: Depending on your network environment, it may be required to configure the current firewall settings. In case the connection does not work, please contact your company's IT administrator and provide the following information:


•Ports 80 and 443 on multiple sub directories of cdn.tekomar.com(13.107.246.13)


IP addresses may change, please use cmd ping to retrieve the currently valid IP address. Request timeouts can be ignored.
